Terms & Conditions
Phone Support: AKA “Time is Money” and “That hour meeting could have been one e-mail”
As advertised on our website, we offer all clients a 30 minute Free Brainstorming Session. This Session is meant to create a space where you can share your ideas, we can brainstorm together, and structure actionable items and a work plan to drive success on your project if you decide to engage with us.
Once you have decided to move forward with TheHive Agency, we offer different levels of phone support, depending on the size of your project. Should you require additional phone support, we are available during normal business hours to assist you for $100/hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
Included in your engagement with TheHive Agency, you will receive the following levels of phone support:
- For projects under $1,000. 30 minutes of phone support.
- For projects between $1,000 - $2,000 one hour of phone support.
- For projects between $2,000 - $5,000 two hours of phone support.
- For projects between $5,000 - $10,000 four hours of phone support.
- For projects above $10,000 five weekly hours of phone support.
The phone support included for your project is available during the time frame that is expected for completion, which will be communicated to you as part of your Proposal.
To ensure that you make good use of your allocated phone support time, we encourage you to follow the following protocols:
Schedule your timeslot ahead of time and share the relevant contact details.
Start and end at the agreed timeframe.
Understand that in agreeing to your Projects Proposal, once the above has been fulfilled and you require more phone support, you will be charged at our hourly rate.
Review Period: Once the “beta” version of your project is delivered for review, we begin what is known as your Review Process. This Process requires your time, effort and attention and can take up to 4 weeks (28 days), in which 3 revision rounds are included. The revision rounds are detailed below:
Revision 1: “Anything and Everything”, adjustments of all kinds (not including core/architectural items, that should be defined at the outset).
Time frame to submit; up to 2 weeks after receiving the Beta version of your project,
Revision 2: “Medium Adjustments”
Time frame to submit; up to 10 days after receiving the Second version of your project (which includes adjustments from Revision 1).
Revision 3: “Loose ends”
Time frame to submit; up to 5 days after receiving the Third version of your project (which includes adjustments from Revisions 1 and 2).
If the revision round requests/feedback is not submitted within those timeframes, it shall be considered as approved and the revision round fulfilled.
To roll back and reactivate a revision round, an extra fee of 15%, 10%, 5% respectively, of the total will be incurred. Same as in the case in which an extra revision round is required, time and cost, as above.
Purchase and Refunds; The payment structure for different sized projects is as follows:
- For projects under $500. Full upfront payment.
- For projects between $500- $2,000. 50% at the beginning, 50% upon delivery.
- For projects between $2,000 - $5,000. 50-25-25 (%), Beginning-Review Period-Delivery, respectively.
- For projects between $5,000 - $10,000. 40-30-30(%), Beginning-Review Period-Delivery, respectively.
All sales are final, conditioned on the hand over of the deliverables.
Warranty is limited to the timeframe of the revision rounds.
