Review Period: Once the “first beta” (v1) (not to be interpreted as a “perfect beta”) version of your project is delivered for review, our journey together should be at around 80% completion, and we begin what is known as the “Review Process”. This Process requires your time, effort and attention and can take up to 4 weeks (28 days), in which 3 revision rounds are included. The revision rounds are detailed below:

Revision 1: “Anything and Everything”, adjustments of all kinds (not including core/architectural items, which should be defined at the outset).

Time frame to submit; up to 2 weeks after receiving the Beta version of your project.

Once fulfilled, this should bring us up to around 90% completion.

Revision 2: “Small/Medium Adjustments”

Time frame to submit; up to 10 days after receiving the Second version (v1.1) of your project (this should include any leftover adjustments from Revision 1, make sure to add and specify those in your revision document).

Once fulfilled, this should bring us up to around 95% completion.

Revision 3: “Loose ends”

Time frame to submit; up to 5 days after receiving the Third version (v1.2) of your project (this should include any leftover adjustments from Revision 1 & 2, make sure to add and specify those in your revision document). .

After these three rounds -and if done correctly- the project should be in the high 90’s in terms of completion (%) and ready for delivery. If further work is considered to be required based on our assessment, different solutions can be explored together.

*If the revision round requests/feedback is not submitted within those timeframes, the specific round shall be considered approved and the revision round fulfilled.

**To roll back and reactivate a revision round, an extra fee of 20%, 15%, 10% respectively of the total will be incurred. Same as in the case in which an extra revision round or more is required, time and cost, respectively as above.

Purchase and Refunds; The payment structure for different sized projects is as follows:

For projects up to $500. Full upfront payment.
For projects between $500- $1,000. $500 upfront, the rest upon delivery.
For projects between $1,000 – $2,000. Half upfront, half upon delivery
For projects between $2,000 – $5,000. 50-25-25 (%), Start-beginning of Review Period-Delivery, respectively.
For projects between $5,000 – $10,000. 40-30-30(%), Start-beginning of Review Period-Delivery, respectively.
For projects above $10,000, will be discussed independently.

Phone Support: aligned with the principles of “Time is Money” and “That hour meeting could have been one e-mail”

As advertised on our website, we offer all clients a 30 minute Free Brainstorming Session. This Session is meant to create a space where you can share your ideas, we can brainstorm together, structure actionable items and a work plan to drive success on your project if you decide to work with us.

Once you have decided to move forward with TheHive Agency, we offer different levels of phone support, depending on the size of your project. Should you require additional phone support, we are available during normal business hours to assist you for $200/hour, billed in 30 minute increments.

Included in your engagement with TheHive Agency, you will receive the following levels of phone support:

For projects under $500, no phone support included, paid support available.
For projects between $500 – $1,500, 30 minutes of phone support.
For projects between $1,500 – $3,000, one hour of phone support.
For projects between $3,000 – $5,000, two hours of phone support.
For projects between $5,000 – $10,000, four hours of phone support.
For projects above $10,000, five hours of phone support.

The phone support allocated is available to you during the time frame that your project is active as a work in progress. Understand that in agreeing to your Project SOW, once the above has been used up and you require additional phone support, you will be charged at the hourly rate.

To ensure that you make good use of your allocated phone support time, we encourage you to follow these protocols:

1. Schedule your timeslot ahead of time and share the relevant contact details.

2. Start and end at the agreed timeframe.

All sales are final.

Warranty is limited to the timeframe of the revision rounds.
